Q: What are the performance differences between stepper motors and brushless motors?
A: 1. The torque of the stepper motor is relatively large at low speed, while the torque of brushless DC is relatively large at medium and high speed.
2. Stepper motor is a kind of low-speed and high-torque motor, and the speed of most applications is between 600~1500rpm, while the brushless motor can produce stable torque from the low-speed range to the high-speed range, and its maximum speed can reach thousands to tens of thousands of rpm.
