100MM Series Servo Motor

100mm Series Servo Motors have a frame size of 100 mm x 100 mm, all of them operating with alternating current (AC) power. SIT supplies two models in this 100mm AC Series Servo Motor: 750W servo motor and 1000W servo motor . Both of them have a rated voltage of 48V and a rated speed of 2000rpm. And the smaller servo motor with a body length of 84mm can produce torque from a rated torque of 3.6 N.m to the largest torque of 7.2 N.m, while the larger servo motor with a body length of 97.2mm can produce torques from 4.8 N.m to the largest torque 9.6 N.m. All the servo motors in SIT are integrated with the encoders. If needed, SIT also can offer accessories for our clients, such as manufacturing the gearbox, brake, driver, damper, etc.

Having the features of compact size, high torque-to-inertia ratio, precise speed control, and accurate position control, they can be used in small robotic systems(miniature humanoid robots, small autonomous vehicles, or robotic toys, etc), compact automation equipment(small pick-and-place machines, or assembly line equipment, etc), medical devices, etc.
