Geared Motor Installation Guide

Step1
Confirm the specifications of the motor and planetary gearbox, and clean the mounting surface of the motor and gearbox.

Step 2
. Remove the two black dust covers from the body.

Step 3
a: remove the original key from the motor
b: Install the balance key if necessary

Step 4
Confirm Motor shaft dimensions and install bushing if necessary.

Step 5
Mount the motor vertically, apply 5% recommended torque by screw torque meter, following the above order 1-4, and gently lock the screw with the gasket using by wrench.

Step 6
Put the motor and the planetary gearbox upright to establish the torque value. Following orders 1-4, lock the screw with a torque wrench.

Step 7
According to the recommended torque, tighten the two screws on the locking ring with a wrench.

Step 8
Put back the two black dust covers.
