40MM Series Servo Motors

SIT supplies two types of 40mm Series Servo Motors: 40mm AC Series Servo Motor and 40mm DC Series Servo Motor. These servo motors have a very compact size with a frame size of 40x40mm, making them suitable for applications with limited space requirements. All the servo motors are integrated with the encoders. If needed, SIT  can also provide accessories for our clients, such as gear, gearbox, brake, driver, and damper.

Due to their features of compact size, high torque-to-inertia ratio, precise speed control, and accurate position control, they can be used in small robotic systems (miniature humanoid robots, small autonomous vehicles, or robotic toys, etc), compact automation equipment (small pick-and-place machines, or assembly line equipment, etc), medical devices, etc.

 

Features of 40mm servo motor

1. SIT's 40mm  AC servo motor and DC servo motor are equipped with a high-precision encoder, providing accurate position and velocity information for closed-loop control systems. 

2. SIT's servo motor has IP54 or IP65 protection grade, making it suitable for use in a dusty and humid environment

3. SIT uses high-quality NSK bearings and advanced bearing assembly techniques, which further prolong the service life of the servo motor

4. SIT's frame size 40mm servo motors have excellent high-speed capabilities, with a rated speed of 3000 rpm.
