NEMA11 Geared Stepper Motor

NEMA11 Geared Stepper Motor

With a frame size of 28mmx28mm, the NEMA11 geared stepper motor consist of an economy planetary gearbox and a NEMA11 stepper motor. This series geared stepper motors are available in six model, and the max holding torque they can produce is 0.95kg.cm/13.3oz-in with a body length of 45mm. Have a wide range gear ratio (3.7:1, 5.2:1, 19:1, 27:1, 71:1, 100:1, 139:1), their output speed is between 21rpm and 810rpm. This reduction enables the motor to deliver higher torque output and finer control of motion, making them particularly well-suited for applications demanding precision in a limited space

FAQ

Q: Can geared stepper motors skip steps?

A: In some cases, geared stepper motors can skip steps if overloaded or pushed beyond their torque capabilities. Proper sizing and control are essential to prevent step skipping.

Q: Are geared stepper motors noisy?

A: While geared stepper motors can produce some noise due to gear interaction, the noise is typically not excessive and can be dampened with appropriate housing or sound-absorbing materials if necessary.

Q: What is a geared stepper motor?

A: A geared stepper motor is a type of stepper motor that incorporates a gearbox or gear reduction mechanism to modify its output characteristics, such as torque and speed. The gearbox is attached to the motor shaft and helps control and amplify the motor's movements.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement varies from model to model. We are open to discussing and determining the MOQ on a case-by-case basis to meet your specific needs.
